By accessing or using the Love Syzygy website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility, Age & Location Restrictions

Our products contain hemp-derived CBD. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and are purchasing for personal use.
• You are ordering from, and shipping to, a state where the sale and possession of hemp-derived CBD products are legally permitted.
• You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction. We sell only to states where these products are lawful and may decline or cancel any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled. Title and risk of loss may not pass into any jurisdiction where the products are prohibited.

We may use age- and location-verification measures and reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.

3. Product Nature, Intended Use & Disclaimers

• Cosmetics for external use only. Love Syzygy products are plant-based body-care cosmetics intended for external use on the skin only. They are not personal lubricants and are not intended for internal or genital use.
• Oil-based formulas. Our oil and butter products are oil-based and are not compatible with latex or polyisoprene condoms, diaphragms, or toys, which oil can weaken or damage.
• FDA disclosure. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, or to affect the structure or any function of the body.
• Not medical advice. Product information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.
• Hemp / THC. Our products are made with hemp-derived ingredients containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the 2018 Farm Bill. Certificates of analysis are available at [COA link].
• Patch test. We recommend a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

4. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and availability, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
• Payment is processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full payment-card information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after the timed-release period closes.
• Delivery time depends on the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.); USPS Ground Advantage can take up to 10 days. Expedited options refer to carrier delivery speed, not our processing time.
• We currently do not offer international shipping.
• Love Syzygy is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the personal-care and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except where required by applicable law.
• We will replace items that arrive defective or damaged if you notify us within 7 days of carrier-marked delivery, with photos of the issue. Claims after 7 days are not eligible.
• Cancellations before shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

8. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• Personal information: name, email, billing/shipping address, phone, and purchase history.
• Payment information: collected and processed by secure third-party processors.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.

To process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, send updates and promotions you have opted into, improve our products and website, and comply with legal requirements (including age and location verification).

We send marketing emails (and SMS, where you have separately opted in) only to subscribers who consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by replying STOP to texts.

• Trusted service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, email/marketing and analytics platforms) acting on our behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Syzygy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. You assume all risk associated with the use of hemp-derived CBD products, including any reaction or interaction; use only as directed.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except claims that qualify for small claims court. By using our website, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Love Syzygy.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
