What is a timed release?

Our products are released for a set period each month. Once the timed release ends, we handmake all items based on the orders received. This ensures that every product is fresh and allows us to practice “slow shipping”—a more sustainable approach to packaging and delivery.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders usually ship within 7–10 business days after the timed-release period closes. Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 7–10 business days. As a small business, we appreciate your patience if additional time is needed.

If you select overnight, priority (1–3 day), or other expedited shipping options, please note: these timelines refer to the carrier’s delivery speed and do not shorten our processing time. Shipping begins once you receive your tracking number by email.

  • USPS Ground Advantage transit time can take up to 10 days.

  • If there is an issue with your order (broken, missing, or incorrect items), you must notify us within 7 days of carrier-marked delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days are not eligible for replacement or compensation.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Due to the personal, hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience an issue, please reach out getintouch@lovesyzygy.co within 2–3 business days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us getintouch@lovesyzygy.co with your order number, name, and shipping address.

  • Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on location.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item to ensure it arrives safely.

All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
