Shipping Information
What is seasonal production?
Love Butter is sensitive to extreme heat, so our production and shipping season runs from fall through spring in the United States. We pause during the summer months to ensure the highest quality product, protecting it from any risk of melting or damage.
What is a timed release?
Our products are sold for a set amount of time each month. After the timed release period concludes, we hand make all products based on the orders we've received to ensure you receive fresh items. This timed-release model facilitates 'slow shipping,' enabling us to create a more sustainable packaging and shipping experience.
How how long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days after the timed-release period closes. All packages typically arrive within 7-10 days of shipping label creation. We are a small business, so plan for the possibility of additional time for your order to arrive.
Do you offer International Shipping?
No. Unfortunately, at this point in time, we cannot accept orders outside of the US.
Order Returns
Do you offer returns?
Due to the personal hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or refunds. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have received your order but have an issue, please reach out to us on our Contact Page first. We will get back to you within 3-5 business days.
My product arrived damaged?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us with your order number, name, and shipping address, and images showing that the product is damaged and not used. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. When you feel it is necessary you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your replacement item.
Bulk Purchases and Events
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes. We love partnering with like-minded businesses, practitioners, and event hosts who share our values of natural wellness and intentional living. Bulk discounts are available for orders of 25 units or more. Please contact us through our Contact form mentioning your interest in bulk purchase and details with your desired quantity and product mix, and we’ll provide a custom quote within 3-5 business days.
Can I place a bulk order for an event or retreat?
Absolutely. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, retreat, wellness workshop, or private event, Love Syzygy products make beautiful, mindful gifts. We can package items individually or in curated bundles to match your aesthetic. Let us know your date, theme, and desired quantity, and we’ll help design something special that aligns with your vision.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For small events (under 50 units), please place your order at least 3 weeks in advance. For larger or customized orders, 4–6 weeks allows us time to prepare, craft, and ship your products with care. Our products are made in small batches, so advance notice helps ensure everything arrives fresh and on time.
