4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after the timed-release period closes.

  • Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). USPS Ground Advantage can take up to 10 days.

  • Expedited shipping options (e.g., overnight or priority) refer to the carrier’s delivery speed, not our processing time.

  • Love Syzygy is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the personal, hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

  • We will replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Customers must notify us within 7 days of carrier-marked delivery.

  • Claims made after 7 days are not eligible for replacement or compensation.

  • Cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
